  • Every time I submit my test it won't go through and therefore I can't download my next lesson, what's the problem?

    Chances are you are clicking on Save rather than Submit. The Save option simply saves the test so that you can complete it later, but does not enter it into the system. If you continue to have problems or are receiving an error message, please let us know by emailing us at helpdesk@online-bible-college.com. Be sure to copy and paste the text of the error message if applicable.
